These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gusto AI mobile application, website and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Gusto AI FZ-LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Gusto AI”, “we”, “us”).
1.1 These Terms apply to users accessing the Platform in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), including but not limited to: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
1.2 Local mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you use the Platform may apply in addition to these Terms.
2.1 Gusto AI operates a technology and recommendation platform that enables users to discover restaurants and dishes, receive AI-based food recommendations, place delivery orders and make table reservations.
2.2 Gusto AI does not prepare, sell or deliver food.
2.3 Any contract for food delivery or dine-in services is concluded directly between you and the restaurant.
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Platform.
3.2 By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4.1 Certain features require account registration.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activities carried out through your account.
4.3 Gusto AI may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Delivery Orders: 5.1 Orders placed through the Platform are forwarded to restaurants or delivery partners. 5.2 Availability, preparation time and delivery estimates are provided by third parties and may vary.
Table Reservations: 5.3 Reservation requests are transmitted to restaurants for confirmation. 5.4 Restaurants determine seating availability, arrival tolerance, and service conditions.
6.1 Menu prices are set by restaurants and may differ from in-store pricing.
6.2 The Platform may display service fees, delivery fees, and reservation deposits or no-show fees.
6.3 Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
7.1 Refunds and cancellations depend on restaurant policies, delivery partner policies, and order or reservation status.
7.2 Once food preparation has started, refunds may not be available.
7.3 No-show or late-cancellation fees may apply where disclosed.
7.4 Gusto AI may assist with support requests but does not guarantee refunds.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, provide false information, interfere with operations, or violate laws. Violation may result in suspension.
9.1 All content, software, trademarks and designs are owned by or licensed to Gusto AI.
9.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit content without prior written consent.
Gusto AI may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time. Features and restaurants may change without notice.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Gusto AI does not guarantee accuracy of third-party info or specific recommendation outcomes.
12.1 Gusto AI is not liable for food quality, allergic reactions, delivery delays or restaurant issues.
12.2 Liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant transaction.
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
15.3 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
